In this time of crisis, it may be especially useful for governments, non-profits, and communities to monitor real-time changes in social needs indicators. The Health Communication Research Lab at Washington University in St. Louis created the dashboard in 2014. We are currently analyzing 2-1-1 call data from selected states and cities to provide up-to-date insights to local leaders, as they determine how and where to direct resources to address the social needs crisis unfolding around COVID-19. Our initial analyses are here: FOCUS-19. Please feel free to explore these resources and provide feedback, including if there are analyses that would be useful to you or to others on the front lines of this response. Feedback and questions can be emailed to focus19@hcimpact.com.
